With physical and mental health issues rising exponentially, it's time to stop and take stock of what is happening to our bodies. Cancer, brain degeneration diseases, Autism, allergies, Diabetes, Depression- the list goes on and on. Western medicine has bought profound benefits to our health and will continue to do so- but it alone is not enough. We need to consider what aspects of our lifestyle may be contributing and ask ourselves how we can influence our own health and wellbeing.
